My background
I am born on an island, Gotland in Sweden. I am married and have 3 fantastic children,
two boys, 24 and 29 years old and one daughter 16 years old. In November 2005 I and
my family got the opportunity to move to Manila, Philippines. It was an amazing experience to live and learn about a new culture. Today we are back in Sweden and we have started to build our own new house. This is a very exciting adventure.
I started my career in administrative office and worked with customer services
in different branches. I have run two different companies on my own – three years in
administrative business and nine years in tourist business
My travel in life has a lot of great and happy memories. I have learned and grow from
some happy ending challenging changes through mobbing, divorce and therapy.
I have moved a lot with my family and have many experiences of settling down in a new place.
Why do I love to be a coach?
During the last 30 years I have always “stumbled in to” coaching situations, both personally
and in work. During those experiences I have found that my strongest personal tools are:
- I always believe in other people's strengths and possibilities,
-I easily find new perspectives and
- I am very good on “listen in” people's situation.
Thanks to all my experiences I have found my role in life as a fulltime Life Coach.
I truly believe in that everyone can find back to fully belief and trust in them selves.
My passion is to see this happen again and again. I’m grateful for
my possibilities to successfully having coached a lot of people to
achieve their most wanted changes in life.
