When you have decided to have your own Coach
it's time for you to decide how and what you want to agree to.

All agreements includes the following
(except the free try-on-session):

3 sessions of 1 hour each/month.
A Welcome package with all information you need. The information will also give
your coach the opportunity learn more about what you want to create.

Your coach will between the sessions:
 - Summarizing after session so that you will have the best support until the next session.
- Preparing before session and re-read and work through what have been done so far.

When you agree to Normal, Premium or Exclusive you will, except Basic, also get:
You will have answer on agreed amount of mail every week between our sessions.
You have the opportunity to work with self-assessment which helps you to easier move forward

When you agree to Premium or Exclusive you will also get:
The opportunity to have 1 or 2 extra call-in's per week.
